These specialist treatments may require liasing with your medical professionals to treat, refer or update. 

NOTE: In order to obtain the block booking discounts your 5 session need to be completed within 12 weeks and need to be booked at the time of the first appointment.

Injuries  £55

Assessment, treatment and advice on rehabilitation. Please note if you have had an injury for months or years it generally takes a lot longer to recover from it, the chances are it won't be fixed in one or two sessions.

MLD Therapy

Generally from 60-90 Mins, it depends on the stage, condition and amount of work that needs to be done complex treatments ( e.g bilateral condition) may require longer follow on sessions. These are chargeable. Where this is the case, it will be highlighted during the initial consultation

The first appointment is an assessment, demonstration and information session about the treatment including your questions. You then have the option to go away and think about whether to proceed.

​Restore Scar Therapy (please enquire if you have an old scar that is not managed, by medical professionals)

Sessions are 50 mins, £55

If you book a massage, be aware that if you ask to spend time on an area this may reduce the time to complete the full massage. If unsure, please ask.

Specific area massages (Head/Back & Shoulders/ Feet) are 30 minutes £25

​Body massages Swedish, ayurvedic, sports  60 minutes £55, 90minutes £70

N.B

• Travel to you involves and additional charge for fuel and time (as a gauge, within 5 miles -£5)

• It is not possible to cover the head and feet within a 1-hour massage. If you would like them included, you are advised to book 1.5 hrs.
